Health Net's ProviderSearch can help you find the best doctor or hospital facility for your needs in your area. Search by health plan or address.

With ProviderSearch, you can find the most up-to-date listings of doctors, hospitals, urgent care centers, and other types of health care providers. You may choose from a list of providers within 30 miles of your home or work address. Here's how:

  1. Launch the ProviderSearch tool.
  2. Enter a location (street address and radius, city, county, or state).
  3. Further narrow your search by Provider Name/ID/License Number or by Plan/Network.
  4. Select a type of provider (doctor, hospital, medical group, etc.) to get your results.

The provider network selections are:

TIP: All searches – You need choose a plan from the "Select Plan" drop-down menu of the ProviderSearch tool. Refer to "Step 1: Pick a Plan" in the "How to Enroll" section to find out which plan(s) are offered by your employer group.

Urgent Care Centers – The right choice?

Urgent care is for a situation that is urgent but not life-threatening. Urgent care centers (UCC) are convenient and economical and staffed by physicians. They are especially useful when you are out of your usual service area.
